Do you have a business that would be of interest to families in Harrisonburg?  Our sale draws over 700 shoppers, including parents and grandparents, from Harrisonburg and beyond. Don't miss this opportunity to reach hundreds of families in The Shenandoah Valley!  We offer several methods for local businesses to advertise with our sale, including website ads, and vendor tables.

Premier Sponsor

This option gives local businesses the most bang for your buck!

As a Premium Sponsor, you will receive:

  • VENDOR TABLE SPACE  - a 6 ft space to set up a display to showcase your products and services for the duration of the sale. We do ask that vendors provide their own table at our new location. You are welcome to sell products and you do not have to pay us a percentage of the sales... what you sell is all yours to keep :)
  • PRE SALE PASSES - Early entry to the Consignor Pre-Sale to shop, plus two exclusive, early pre-sale passes to share with family and friends! (*NOTE: There is no pre sale for the Holiday Bazaar event).
  • WEBSITE SPOT - Your logo/business card displayed on the Sponsor Page of our website (up from time of purchase through current sale season, until start of next sale season.)
  • FACEBOOK/MAILING LIST PROMO - We will promote your business with a minimum of one post on our Facebook page and inclusion in one of our all mailing list emails (we have over 800 people currently on our mailing list!).
    Cost is $50. Space is limited.

Website

During our sale season we receive many visitors to our web site. Purchase a spot and your ad will be featured on our sponsor page.

You supply the ad, 175 pixels wide x 100 pixels tall (about business card size) in jpeg or gif format, and we will link it directly to your website or email address.

You may choose to purchase an ad spot for an entire sale-season (up within 48 hours from time of purchase through 6 weeks post sale), for $25, or for a four-week only run for $10. We can design one for you for an additional $3 charge. Space is limited and spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Vendor Table Only

We also offer a limited number of vendor tables for businesses to advertise during the sale.  Vendors receive a 6 ft space to set up a display to showcase their products and services for the duration of the sale. We do ask that vendors provide their own table at our new location.  Cost is $25 and covers your space for Friday pre-sale and public sale, and Saturday public sale.

*As a vendor you may set up during all open sale hours, or just for part of the sale. Many vendors choose to set up for only part of the sale. This is completely up to you. The $25 covers the whole weekend.

*Only one vendor per table, please.  Space is limited, so contact us soon!

Tips on Attracting Shoppers: In order to draw shoppers to your table, we highly recommend using your creativity and doing something such as holding a giveaway or offering samples.  Giveaways also have the added benefit of allowing you to build your mailing list. You may also consider using balloons or other decor to attract attention to your booth.

Again, we are especially interested in family-friendly companies, and all advertising is subject to Village Closet approval. Space in each area is limited and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
