We Need Your Help!

It takes many people to pull off a successful sale, so we need your help! Jobs include floor/rack set up, inspecting items for quality, organizing/sizing racks, running items to & from the floor, check-out, & tear down.  Volunteers will be assigned to the most needed areas.

Volunteer Pre-Sale: All volunteers are invited to shop the Pre-Sale for our Spring and Fall events. SPRING 2012 SALE - Info coming soon!

Our NEW Volunteer Schedule is as follows for volunteers who sign up for and complete work shifts:

Volunteer and work ONE (1) SHIFT = Receive 65% of your sales AND a free Pre-Sale pass. Volunteers are the FIRST ones to enter the sale! Receive access to the sale a full hour before consignors on the Friday afternoon pre-sale.

Volunteer and work TWO (2) SHIFTS = Receive 70% of your sales AND a free Pre-Sale pass.

FLYER DISTRIBUTION: We are excited to announce this new volunteer option that does not even require coming to the sale! Volunteers are needed to help distribute flyers to local daycares, schools, businesses, and other locations in your area. In order to participate, please contact us and let us know where you would like to distribute flyers. A contact name for the location must also be provided so we can confirm the flyers were distributed.  We will then send you a minimum of 100 flyers to distribute at that location. You will receive 1 volunteer shift credit for participating!

HUSBAND HELP: We welcome and encourage husband help! Husbands are especially welcome and NEEDED for Thursday evening rack set up and the last Saturday night tear-down shift.  This involves physical labor and lifting.

Remember, you do not have to be a consignor to volunteer.  Anyone can do it and benefit from the exclusive Volunteer Pre-Sale!

Please note that volunteer spaces will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.  There will be a cap on the number of volunteers needed in each sale, so there is no gaurantee that you will be able to volunteer with us but we will do our best to offer a spot to everyone who wants to work.
